Monthly ($25/Month) Each additional System ($14/Month)
- Regular HVAC Tune-Ups: Elite Plan membership includes 2 annual visits to tune up both the Furnace and/or AC. (one in the spring, one in the fall)
Discounts on Maintenance and repairs: Receive 15% off normally priced repairs and additional maintenance items.
- Discounts on serialized equipment. Receive 5% off on the installation of serialized equipment.
- Priority Service: As a member you receive priority scheduling. (Emergency Only)
- No Overtime Charges: After hours fee is waived and you just pay the normal service call charge.
Transferable Agreement: If you purchase a new home, you are able to transfer this to your new address. Each membership includes maintenance for 1 associated property.
